Captain: Christos Filinis Christos is a driven and responsible sailor who continuously challenges and improves his skills, while making you feel right at home on board. He is a high-energy, and fun skipper who is guaranteed to have you laughing while also learning more about sailing. He completed his Masters as a Civil Engineer here in Patras, Greece, and while there, he became an avid windsurfer, spending every spare moment on the sea, no matter the conditions. Cook/Host: Konstandina Dania Born and raised by the sea, I have spent most of my life on board. I began sailing at the age of seven, spending my childhood racing dinghy boats and developing a strong connection to the ocean from an early age. Sailing remains a central part of who I am today, shaping both my work ethic and my appreciation for life at sea. Through my work on yachts, I discovered a genuine passion for cooking and hospitality. I love creating thoughtful culinary experiences that highlight fresh, local ingredients and regional cuisine, with the aim of offering guests an authentic taste of each destination. For me, good food is another way of telling a story—one that connects people, places, and moments on board.
